My absolutely fabulous girlfriends are outdoing themselves again and throwing the little man and I a Diaper "Sprinkle". A "Sprinkle" is supposed to be a "less extravagant" version of a baby shower... and I'm so blessed that these girls are throwing one for us! Truly we already have most everything we need to accommodate another little one... with the exception that he will be in more pink than most little boys (a special thank you to Erin, Mandi, my Aunt Denise and Grandmother Barbara... because of them he will be in significantly LESS pink than he otherwise would be!)... but the idea of getting a few extra boxes of diapers (truly, between the price of them and gas... it's amazing that anyone can stay afloat of their finances!) is simply AMAZING!
So friends and family... mark your calendars, because if, for no other reason, it will be fun to get together, see my enormous belly... and ask the big sister if she's REALLY ready for this!
The "sprinkle" will be held at my dear friend Jeannine's house (the same location as Miss Callie's FABULOUS shower) on the East side of Wichita. I hope to see everyone there!
